What is a modern example of limited government? The only things I can think of are the US Constitution and Magna Carta but they don't count as modern.

A current example of limited government is the prohibitions against putting gps systems on cars or tapping phones.

The prohibition is against police or other governmental bodies from putting these systems in place.
