What is the difference between OUGHT & SHOULD? What does each word represent? What are the moral and social implications of each word? What are some societal examples of each word?

In essence, there isn't a lot of difference, but grammatically, there is.
"Should" is part of a verb conjugation, and does not require the word "to" in between. "Ought" is followed by the infinitive form of the verb, with the word "to" in between.
"Ought to + verb" actions are often considered somewhat more important, obligatory or moral than "should + verb" actions.
