Question
A piper delivers 10.04, 10.02, 10.08, and 10.06 mL in consecutive trails. Find the mean volume and the average deviation from the mean...please help some responded but didn't answer the question.

Do you know how to calculate the mean.The mean is (10.04 + 10.02 + 10.08 + 10.06)/4 = ?
Then subtract each value (I'm sure you meant pipet and not piper) from the mean, that will give you four different values, disregard the sign (make them all positive), then add the 4 differences and divide by 4. That will be the average deviation of the mean.
