Dry Sr(NO3)2 and dry Na2CO3 will not react. If aqueous solutions, yes.
Sr(NO3)2(aq) + Na2CO3(aq) ==> SrCO3(aq) + 2NaNO3(aq)
If HBr is added, carbonate reacts with H^+ to produce H2O(aq) and CO2(g)
