volume of cylinder = πr^2 h
radius = 10 inches
= 10/12 or 5/6 ft
height = 3 yards = 9 ft
vol = π(25/36)(6) = (25/6)π cubic ft.
cost = $2(25/6)π = $25π/3 or $26.18
