If triangle ABC is equilateral with side lengths four times the square root of two and BD is perpendicular to AC, what is the length of BD.

in an equilateral triangle, the height is always √3/2 times the base.
√3/2 * 4√2 = 2√6
√3/2 * 4√2 = 2√6
