I get A = 120.9
Even if it were a rectangle 25x11, the area would only be 275.
s = 58/2 = 29
A = sqrt(29*7*4*18)

2.
P = 2(27+21) = 96
A = 27*21 = 567

Am I reading the wrong numbers here? How did you arrive at your first two answers?
