How do adolescents' socialization experiences differ in urban and rural communities? How are such differences declining over time, and why?

In rural communuties, kids are less 'wild' so less pressure to have sex, be skinny, smoke drugs and get drunk and they develop deeper relationships with each other - the opposite for urban communities

i live in the city, there are a lot more bad influences now: im 12 and this girl i know got pregnant a week before her 11th birthday. in the country it ws quiet and easy......... now in the city its who slep with the quarterback at her party, or omfg that green doesn't match her skin tone
