    x^2+2x-10=5 or x^2+2x-10=-5
x^2+2x-15=0 or x^2+2x-5 = 0
(x+5)(x-3) or [ -2 +/- sqrt(4+20)]/2
= [ -2 +/- sqrt (4*6)] /2
= -1 +/- sqrt(6)
