I still feel a bit confused, but let's say after all the calculations, I get up to this :
P(Z <= -3.36)
If I need to look up the normal table, should I change the above to 1 - P(Z >= 3.36) before checking the table?

Just look up Z = 3.36. In the table, proportion in smaller area will be the answer.
