Ke of rock = m g h = 388 * 1800 = 698,400 Joules
Ke of bull = (1/2)m v^2 = .5*450 *5.2^2 = 6084 Joules
You would rather get hit by the bull. However 1800 meters is awfully high. The rock might achieve terminal velocity in such a long fall.
