How high is a treethat cast a 26-ft shadow at the same time a 4-ft pole cast a shadow which is 7-ft long? The hieght of the tree is____ ft. I believe that this answer is 23-ft tall is that correct?

no,
you have 2 similar triangles so just set up a simple ratio
h/26 = 4/7
h = (4/7)(26) = 14.857 or appr 15 ft
