I think I know what the legislative branch, the executive branch, and the judical branch already is but I want to make sure.
Legislative Branch- passes laws
Executive Branch- Carries out the laws
Judical Branch- Decides the meaning of laws
Is this correct?

Yes, but I'd add that the Judicial branch makes sure that the laws are Constitutional.

Spoiler Alert: people often put the same name as tutors or other users to impersonate them. It's easy to know if they're a real tutor or not. If they have a teacher emoji next to the name, they're a tutor. If not, they are just an immature child trying to be cool and funny.
