State the value of f(0)and f(-2) and Graph

I will interpret you second function as
{ -4 if -1 ≤ x< 1
and to make any sense, the third function is probably
{2 - x^2 if x < -1
so f(0) = -4, (fits the second function)
f(-2) = 2 - 4 = -2
make a sketch of each graph on the same grid in pencil, then erase the part which is outside the domain.
The first is a straight line starting at (1,1) with an open circle at (1,1) and following y = 2x-1
the second is a horizontal line y = -4 from -1 to 1
closed circle at (-1,-4) and open circle at (1,-4)
third is a parabola which opens downwards and to the left of (-1, 1) with (-1,1) open circle.
