The exhibition will be held on Sunday, March 25th, 2012 at Pfizer in Pearl River, New York. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, the snow date is Sunday, April 1st, 2012.
Registration opens Sunday, January 1, 2012 and closes on Monday, January 31, 2012 or when 75 High School projects and 125 Elementary/Middle School projects are accepted, whichever comes first.
Please check this website later for registration instructions and deadlines.
What does the second paragraph means when they said that "when 75 High School projects and 125 Elementary/Middle School projects are accepted, whichever comes first"????????

It means that this contest will only accept 75 high school projects and 125 Elementary/Middle School projects. When they receive that number, the contest is closed. Even if they don't receive that number of entries, the registration closes at the end of January.
