I am suppose to list examples of tangible and intangible forms of an organizational culture. I have got examples for tangible such as rituals, shared values, heroes, and heroines, ceremonies, stories, cultural network, physical impression, language, values, beliefs and norms. I need help with intangible forms of an organizational culture. Can anyone help please.

Shared values, values, beliefs, and norms are intangible; they cannot be seen or touched. (<i>Tangible</i> means you can touch it.)

Tangible is something that you can touch. What forms of business can you touch, what forms of buisness can you not touch. Example of tangible is co- workers, we work together everyday. Intangible would be race, ethnics etc...
