h(x) = e^3x+2/e^3x-2

I assume you meant...

h(x)=e<sup>3x</sup> + 2e<sup>-(3x-2)</sup>

then
h'= 3e<sup>3x</sup> -6e<sup>-(3x-2)</sup>

check that.
