Y < 4x so
when x = 1 then y <4
when x = 2 then y <8
when x = 3 then y < 12
....
when x = 1 then y <4
when x = 2 then y <8

Issy, two points. that signmeans less than or equal to.
Secondly,
4x+y<=0
subtract 4x from each side.
y<=-4x+0
the zero identity principle leads to
y<=-4x
If x=1, then y<=-4
and so on
Secondly,
