I need help please help me. There's a chart that has to have 16boxes. It has to be 4 by 4. Lable boxes that are vertical top to bottom 1,2,3,4 and boxes that are horizontal left to right A,B,C,D. Box 1A has to be 28,Box 1C has to be 34, box 2C has to be 24, and box 2D has .."

As I told you, I don't understand them. Apparently none of the other tutors understand them either. Please ask your teacher to explain them to you.

Hena, your questions are unanswerable, as what you state is just nonsense, making no sense. Ask your parents to help you, it is apparent to me you need one on one help.
