By definition
<sub>n</sub>P<sub>r</sub> = n!/(n-r)!
so <sub>6</sub>P<sub>0</sub>
= 6! / (6-0)!
= 6!/6!
= 1
If you have a scientific calculator, look to see if you have a key that looks like <sub>n</sub>P<sub>r</sub>
on mine to do something like <sub>6</sub>P<sub>2</sub>
I would enter the following key strokes

Notice <sub>6</sub>P<sub>2</sub>
= 6!/4!
= 6x5x4! /4!
= 6x5
= 30
