Thank you for all that you have done & continue to do, for me. I wouldn't be where I'm at today, if it wasn't for all your help. I feel like I have improved so much, since the first day that I came to see you. I look forward to coming to my appointments, because you are so sweet, caring, and funny. You always listen to whatever I have to say (unlike all my other doctors) & have such a big heart. I always walk out of the room with a smile on my face.

    It's mostly good.
Be sure to use "and" instead of "&."
Technically, you should say "if it WEREN'T for your help," although most people wouldn't catch that error.
Also -- omit the comma after "do."
