how do you sketch the graph for 2x+y=4 using a domain -3x<3

use the intercepts:
let x-0 , y=4
let y=0 , x = 2

looks like you have a typo in your domain, probably should be -3 ≤ x ≤ 3

So draw the line through the above intercepts and extend it from x=-3 to x=3
place a small open circle around the endpoints to indicate that they would be excluded.
