The correct answer is that the solution is at the equivalence point. It is not correct to say it is at the neutralization point because that implies that the solution is neutral. It may be neutral as far as acid used versus base used is concerned but the solution may be acidic, basic, or neutral depending upon the nature of the acid and base used.
