    using Leibnitz' Rule,
d/dx ∫(f(t) dt)[a(x),b(x)]
= f(b(x)) db/dx - f(a(x)) da/dx
= tan(9x^2) * 2x - tan(9√x)(1/2√x)
= 2x tan(9x^2) - 1/(2√x) tan(9√x)
