If
-1/3 H < 7
just multiply by 3
-H < 7
now multiply by -1 and swap direction:
H > -7
If it's not clear why multiplying/dividing by a negative value changes direction, think of it as adding/subtracting on both sides:
-H < 7
-H + H < 7 + H
0 < 7+H
0-7 < 7+H-7
-7 < H
multiplying by a negative value is just a shorthand way of moving things from one side to the other.
