Well, this is slightly different from the last two :)
b = 5 in y = m x + b because y axis intercept is 5
so we just need m, the slope
when x goes up three, y goes down 5
so m = -5/3
so
y = (-5/3) x + 5
b = 5 in y = m x + b because y axis intercept is 5
so we just need m, the slope
when x goes up three, y goes down 5
so m = -5/3
so
y = (-5/3) x + 5
