When the range of the function is f(x) = 3x-5 when the domain is {-3, 0, 4}????

The range is the y values that result from using the x values from the domain. Since one of the x values is
-3, substitute this in the equation.
f(-3) = 3(-3) - 5 = -9 - 5 = -14. -14 is the first number in the range. Do the same for the other two numbers.
