One dimension, along the direction of motion of the cube will shrink in the observer's reference frame. That dimension and the volume will be reduced by a factor
sqrt[1 - (v/c)^2] = sqrt(0.36) = 0.6

The volume in the observer's reference frame will become 600 cc.
