    9b^4 - 200
= (3b^2 - √200)(3b^2 + √200)
= (√3b - √√200)(√3b + √√200)(3b^2 + √200)
where √√200 means the 4th root.
Not sure how far you want to go with this. We could also factor using complex numbers:
= (√3b - √√200)(√3b + √√200)(√3b - i√√200)(√3b + i√√200)
    
= (3b^2 - √200)(3b^2 + √200)
= (√3b - √√200)(√3b + √√200)(3b^2 + √200)
where √√200 means the 4th root.
