Answer: True
Reason: The reason why my answer to this question is true is because when we change the grouping by moving the parenthesis in addition + multiplication the answer does not change.
9. 3 x (2 x 4) = (3 x 2) x 4
Answer: False
Reason: The reason why my answer to this question is false is because when we change the grouping by moving the parenthesis in addition + multiplication the answer does not change.
10. 6 divide by 3 = 3 divide by 6
Answer: True
Reason: The reason why my answer to this question is true is because when we change the order in subtraction and division the answer is the same.
11. 5 + 8 = 8 + 5
Answer: True
Reason: The reason why my answer to this question is true is because when we change the order in addition and multiplication the answer is the same.
If I got it wrong in one of the questions please explain so that way I can understand why.

8. False
left side = (5-2) - 1 = 3 - 1 = 2
right side = 5-(2-1) = 5 - 1 = 4
9. True
LS = 3x(2x4) = 3x8 = 24
RS = (3x2)x4 = 6x4 = 24
10. False
LS = 6/3 = 2
RS = 3/6 = 1/2 ,
You got 11. right
multiplication and division are inverses of each other
e.g. 5x6 = 30
30 รท 5 = 6
addition and subtraction are inverses of each other
e.g. 3+4 = 7
