I didn't find a very useful website, but -- a formal organizational structure is one with a strict hierarchy. Each person performs his/her own duties and reports to the person who's the next level above.
In a flexible organization, each person does what s/he does best and works cooperatively with many other people in the company -- no matter what level they are. Projects are carried out on a cooperative basis rather than a hierarchal one.
In a flexible organization, each person does what s/he does best and works cooperatively with many other people in the company -- no matter what level they are. Projects are carried out on a cooperative basis rather than a hierarchal one.
