What is the volume of a cone that has a radius of 3 cm and a height of 7 cm? (use 22/7 for pi)

I got 594 cubic cm, but I have a feeling I'm terribly off.

V = (1/3)π r^2 h
= (1/3) π (9)(7) = 21π or appr. 65.973

If you use 22/7 for π (so terribly out of date with everybody having a calculator) you would get 66
