(Qualitative Analysis)

I know this is vague, but if i had a solution of unknown cations that appear light purple, what could be the possible list of cations in the solution? I thought Mn, Ag, Cu after doing my own tests, but i am uncertain. Just on a visual analysis though, would these hold up?

Mn yes. Ag no. Cu solns could be purple (most Cu salts are colored) but I don't readily recall any that are purple. A flame test will quickly tell you if Cu is present.
