    First part:
The factors of 6, including 6 itself, are:
1,2,3,6.
Second part:
1+2+3+6=12 (=2*6)
By the way, 6 is a perfect number, namely the sum of the factors (excluding 6 itself) is equal to the number itself.
The next perfect number is 28 (1+2+4+7+14 = 28)
