Use Coulomb's law.

F = k Q1 Q2/R^2

Each charge will experiences an attraction force F towards the other. The magnitude of the forces will be equal.

R = 0.11 meter
Q1 = Q2 = 1.7*10^-5 Coulombs
k = 8.99*10^9 N/m^2 C^2
