I know H2SO4 is sulfuric acid and H2SO3 is sulfurous acid. So H2SeO3 would be Selenous acid and H2SeO4 would be selenic acid. H3PO4 and H3PO3 acids give rise to the PO4^3- (phosphate ion) and the PO3^3- (phosphite ion).
