Now the question is what number of moles of naoh require to neutralize 1 mole of h2sor.

I think it is 2 mole ... am I right.

Look at the coefficients. 2 moles NaOH = 1 mole H2SO4.
And I should point out that h2so4 and naoh don't mean a thing
