I am a 4 digit number greater than 9,000 my omes digit is 3 and my hundreds digit is the smallest prime number greater than 5 the sum of my digits is 20. What number am i?

Since it is 4 digits and greater than 9,000, the thousands number must be 9. The ones digit is 3. The smallest prime greater than 5 is 7.
