State your stance on the Terri Schiavo case, and identify the moral value judgement that influenced you to choose your stance. We are doing a survey on people opoinon on this for class.

I believe that Terri Schiavo should have been allowed to die peacefully many years before she actually did. For me, a basic human right is to live and die with dignity. Mrs. Schiavo was permitted neither, but her death was prolonged for an unconscionably long period of time.
