                So if i want to write the conjugate base for NH3, 
NH3 <--> NH2 + H(+)
            
        NH3 <--> NH2 + H(+)

    Yes, and the conjugate base is NH2^-(I don't see a negative sign on your post). 
NaNH2 (sodamide) is such a compound; it gives the NH2^- ion.
