If the 2 lines are radii, the perimeter is

(3/4)*(2 pi R)+(2 R)

= 3.5*pi*R

= 7.697 m

I forgot how to add

(3/4)*(2 pi R)+(2 R)

=(2 + 1.5pi)R = 6.712R = 4.699 m
