two students are attempting to lift a sign to the top of a tall building, each is pulling equally with 100 newtons of force, on the two ropes. The ropes are attached to opposit corners of the sign, and the angle between them is 60. compute the resultant force.

Y = 100*sin(180-60)+100*sin60=86.6+86.6=
