whats the answer to x+4=4y

Are you solving for x or y?
im suppose to find the slope and y-intercept.
for the slope, set y=f(x)
4y = x + 4
y = 1/4 x + 1
slope=1
y-intercept = 1 because when x=0, that's what y is.
x-intercept:
x+4 = 0
x = -4 when y=0
4y = x + 4
y = 1/4 x + 1
slope=1
y-intercept = 1 because when x=0, that's what y is.
x-intercept:
x+4 = 0
x = -4 when y=0
