No, you have an upside-down fraction
ft/sec x sec/min = ft/min
ft/min x min/hr = ft/hr
ft/hr x m/ft = m/hr <<<----
m/hr x km/m = km/hr
ft/sec x sec/min = ft/min
ft/min x min/hr = ft/hr
ft/hr x m/ft = m/hr <<<----
m/hr x km/m = km/hr

1 in = 25.4 mm = 2.54 cm = 0.0254 m
1ft = 12 in
1ft = 12 * 0.0254
1 ft = 0.3048 m
1 km = 1000 m
1 ft = 0.3048 / 1000 = 0.0003048 km
1 h = 3600 s
1 s = 1 / 3600 h
1 ft / s= 0.0003048 / ( 1 / 3600 )
1 ft / s= 0.0003048 * 3600
1 ft / s = 1.09728 km / h
1ft = 12 in
1ft = 12 * 0.0254
1 ft = 0.3048 m
1 km = 1000 m
1 ft = 0.3048 / 1000 = 0.0003048 km
1 h = 3600 s
1 s = 1 / 3600 h
1 ft / s= 0.0003048 / ( 1 / 3600 )
1 ft / s= 0.0003048 * 3600
1 ft / s = 1.09728 km / h
