What sub tabs I can put into my binders for school & my elective binder ?

notes (date each page)
handouts (date each one)
study guides, old tests, old homework (if it can be used for study)
assignments due (date each line, and date when the assignments are due).

In the notes section, I recommend use the Cornell or NSL method of notetaking. In my experience, questions entered in the left column AFTER class is a much better study aid.
