Find the length of one base of a trapezoid if the area is 126 inches squared, the height is 7 inches and the length of the other base is 15 inches.

Just plug in what you know:
If the two bases are a and b, and the height is h,
area = h(a+b)/2
126 = 7(a+15)/2
