Write a 200- to 300-word response to the following: Why are cost per output and cost per outcome calculations valuable to a human service agency?

This is what I have so far can someone help me meet the maximum word requirement. Thanks

Human Service Agencies receive pay
based on how many people are helped, taking into account the cost of providing the services which is the cost per output. They receive pay based on the people helped minus the cost per output. In addition, they receive incentives such as bonuses for the quality of the job performed minus the cost to put forth the service which is the cost per outcome.

By knowing these two costs, the human service agency is able to assess their budgets and achieve their business and service goals.

I suggest you expand and give examples of each of the points that you made. For instance, you can explain the costs of providing a service -- does this include the salary, benefits, overhead costs? How are the bonuses figured? How can an agency predict the quality of its services?
Resources are limited, HAS’s need to make the best use of cost per output and cost per outcome. HAS’s are usually not for-profit and perform social service for the benefit of society. Hence value for money is important so that public funds/donations get their real worth- or the HAS’s would be wasting money and then the public will stop donating. Cost per outcome and cost per output tell their over head for services. HAS’s are going to need donations to cover these costs.
I nee more words though on what are cost per output and cost per out come calculation valuable to a human service agency?
A budget systems model is the foundation from which budgeting systems can be used to evaluate the success of an agency or company.
