For a distribution in which the mean is 100 and the standard deviation is 12, find the following:

the percentile of a score of 106. How do I do this, I am completely lost.

Z = (score-mean)/SD

Find table in the back of your statistics text labeled something like "areas under normal distribution" to find the proportion related to Z and multiply by 100.
