Width = 3x.
Length = 4x.

P = 2*3x + 2*4x = 32 in,
6x + 8x = 32,
14x = 32,
X = 32/14 = 16/7 = 2 2/7 In.

Width = 3x = 3 * 2 2/7 = 6 6/7.
Length = 4x = 4 * 2 2/7 = 9 1/7.
