Are you talking about BC Place, which is a domed stadium and home of the BC Lions Football team?
Its roof is white and otherwise it is concrete-grey.

I agree with Reiny. From the side, the color is concrete grey with blue trim accents. From above, it will depend upon whether the roof cover is on or not. The roof cover is white.
